How To Make Quesadilla Seasoning

It is super easy to make your spice mix. It is all about measuring the ingredients as described in the recipe.

If you like spicy you can add either cayenne pepper or hot Chili powder this is different from Chili powder used in American recipes.

The latter is a spice mix whereas hot Chili powder or Chili flakes are a great substitute for cayenne pepper.

    For how many pounds of chicken is this recipe? ?

      Renu,

      I add 2 tablespoons seasoning to a half a pound beef or chicken. So if you make this recipe you can season about a pound of chicken.

      I use about 1 tablespoon per half a pound of meat, poultry, or fish.
