Made with the fastest 2 ingredient dough ever that results in an amazing crunchy crust. Add the best toppings and you have one amazing pizza. Try it and I’m certain you will love it. So are you ready to learn how to make taco pizza? Let’s get started!
Everybody loves a good pizza and I have shared several pizza recipes already but this two-ingredient dough pizza is special.
It combines all the classic taco ingredients and serves as a pizza. It doesn’t only look good but it tastes even better.
This recipe is made with the easiest 2 ingredient dough. Because when you can turn this dough into naan or bagels it is a small step to pizza.
As this two-ingredient dough doesn’t require yeast it is done when you have combined the ingredients.
You are ready to put the pizza in the oven. I made this recipe with ground turkey but you can make this recipe with ground beef or even without any meat.
Just substitute meat for lentils and you still have a great looking and tasting pizza.

Then make refried beans according to this homemade refried beans recipe. This recipe can be made in less than 10 minutes. You can also use store-bought.
Preheat a skillet and brown the ground turkey.
Sprinkle two tablespoons of homemade taco seasoning on the ground turkey and add a bit of water to combine the seasoning and meat.
When the meat is done turn down the heat and set it aside.
Now, preheat your oven to 500°F. If you have a pizza stone put it in the oven while you heat it.
Else put a baking tray in the oven while it heats.
Thinly slice the green onion and the red onions. Finely slice the cherry tomatoes, olives, and red pepper.
Take the dough and roll it in a circle using a rolling pin on top of a piece of parchment paper.
Cover the dough with the refried beans first. Then divide the browned turkey meat on top of the beans.
Now sprinkle the red peppers, corn, sliced onion, olives, and tomatoes on top of the pizza.

Can You Make This Pizza Recipe Ahead?
Yes, you can make this recipe ahead of time and freeze it. Just make the recipe as described in the recipe but bake for 5 minutes.
You can finish baking the pizza when you are ready to serve.
Just preheat your oven to 500°F, thaw the pizza, and put it in the oven for 10 minutes or until warm.
You can add some additional cheese or other toppings to your pizza. You can heat a pizza in the microwave but you will not get a crunchy crust.
The pizza will be soft and soggy. So I wouldn’t recommend this method.
How To Store Pizza
When you make this recipe ahead of time or you have any leftover pizza you can:
- Refrigerator – store the pizza in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Store the slices in an airtight container. Put some parchment paper between slices.
- Freezer – Cool the pizza completely. Wrap the pizza in either plastic wrap or aluminum foil and store in the freezer for 3 to 6 months.
